Interested in learning about the dinosaurs that used to roam around your backyard? Join our Land Programs Director and nationally-renowned paleontologist, Rob Gay, on a hiking tour of McInnis Canyons NCA’s rich paleontology. Visit Dinosaur Hill, Fruita Paleo Area, and Trail Through Time as you discuss (and see!) the ancient creatures that used to inhabit the region. Expect light hiking (~3-4 miles) throughout the day and a pit-stop for lunch.
WE WILL BE ADHERING TO CURRENT CDC AND MESA COUNTY HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES DURING THIS TRIP. Some details may be subject to change. TRIP SIZE WILL BE LIMITED TO 10 PARTICIPANTS.
