Reliable Vehicle Needed!
Do you have a vehicle you're willing to donate? CCA is looking for a dependable vehicle to help us expand our mission throughout Mesa, Delta, and Montrose counties for transportation to youth education events, stewardship projects, and more.
Why do we need a vehicle?
CCA’s mission encompasses Mesa, Delta, and Montrose counties in Western Colorado; each of these counties is home to one of Colorado’s National Conservation Areas - McInnis Canyons, Dominguez-Escalante, and Gunnison Gorge. Every month, CCA runs multiple education, stewardship, and outreach programs in these 3 NCAs which requires a lot of transportation back and forth. We are excited to have our first group of students from Montrose County School District scheduled for river trips and have been ramping up our efforts in Montrose to better connect with the community. With these new efforts, CCA staff needs a reliable vehicle to travel between counties and deliver our programs.
What type of vehicle are we looking for?
Our ideal vehicle would be a later model small to mid-sized SUV with all-wheel or four-wheel drive capabilities. However, if you have a sedan, mid-sized truck, or any other vehicle you’d like to donate that is in good condition, please reach out.
Why donate your vehicle?
Your vehicle will be an integral part of delivering CCA’s mission! Additionally, your vehicle donation will be an in-kind gift to CCA and count as a charitable donation, meaning it can be used as a tax deduction.
